A risk assessment will be carried out tomorrow at St Paul’s looking particularly at the number of people we believe we can safely and sensibly accommodate for public worship following guidelines. We will focus on being able to maintain a safe distance of at least two metres, or one metre with risk mitigation (where two metres is not viable) between households.”
Depending on numbers wishing to return immediately to regular worship, taking into account the result of the risk assessment, it may be necessary to hold 2 services on a Sunday morning. If this is the case then there will more than likely be a booking system in operation where people will be asked to let the vicar know by Friday lunchtime which service they wish to attend and how many members of their household will be attending.
